FAQ's

Q: What will I get out of this club?

A: You will receive the Best year round lacrosse individual, team, and speed and agility development in the South.  We pride ourselves on being the GOLD STANDARD when it comes to dividing the three.  We teach how to develop three mindsets to maximize each individual player to their full potential.  Having a "one stop shop" provides the student athlete with the best year round lacrosse development in the state of Georgia and the South.

Q: Do I share the club philosophy?

A: Our core philosophy is very simple:  We want to get better everyday and surrounding our student athletes with the best development coaches to guide them into maximizing their full potential while learning how to play the "MEDICINE GAME".  We have the ability to focus on each student athlete during individual training and team practice to make sure every athlete gets better, gets feedback, and gets the full exposure within our program.  Our goal is to turn Crown Lacrosse into the best known product for developing lacrosse players and most importantly young men in the South.

Q:  Do I agree with the coaching style?

A:  Our coaching style is very simple:  Develop and play the game how it is meant to be played....FAST AND CREATIVE!  Head UVA coach and Head coach of the Haudenosaunee Nationals, Lars Tiffany, said it best when we interviewed him this past summer at the World Lacrosse Games:  "we play this game the right way which is to entertain and play intense!  The key in order to prepare these young men to be better in life is to create a culture of student athletes that love to compete every single day"

Q:  What is the playing time philosophy of Crown Lacrosse?

A:  Everyone in our program gets the opportunity to play.  We are going to teach each athlete at every age level what discipline, hard work, and dedication to their craft in order to play the game at a high level means!  We will create a culture that competes every day on and off the field.

-Everyone gets coached in individual work and team practices!

-Everyone gets feedback!

-Everyone gets better!

Q:  What is the training commitment for the team?

A:  We will have 3-4 days of training per week starting in August.  We expect our players to show up to these training sessions to maximize their experience and skillset.  Our commitment to or Crown athletes is what sets us apart from the rest of our competition.

Q:  Is my player joining to be with friends?

A:  Crown Lacrosse is creating the Gold Standard on the field and off.  We will have team bonding experiences and other community service opportunities where teammates and parents both can enjoy time away from lacrosse.  Each team and individual in our organization will lead by example and provide the best experience for not only himself but his teammates as well.

Q:  Can I get feedback on my players development?

A:  Not only will your student athlete be getting weekly feedback on individual and teamwork he needs to be doing, but also seasonal feedback with his coaches.  We pride ourselves on focusing on what each player needs.  We will provide expert feedback to both the player and the parents.

Q:  What do you do to help my player play in college?

A:  We have a very unique college preparatory program set up that will save time and money when it comes to maximum exposure for our athletes.
